We like starting the day in the Indian Ocean! And we love it when our clients choose sunrise time for photography. This took us almost 2 hours to reach Mombasa for their Malindi family and babies portraits, but we knew this going to be an amazing photoshoot!
As a Mombasa Family Photographer, sometimes, our photo sessions include not just a husband and a wife with kids but their best friends as well! I love capturing the relationship between people especially those who are already parents.
I've known Sarah for a few years now. She's an amazing entrepreneur and teacher for kids. When I found out that she and her husband moving to Malindi, I was incredibly happy for them. I was honored when she asked me if I would take photos of her family and their best friends before they left a beautiful little town Malindi.
We did morning sessions (yes we start our day at 6 AM and rich Malindi around 8:30 AM). We knew that the photography session going to be part of a joyful time together being on the most beautiful beach in the town of Malindi - Casuarina Beach. If you've never been here, you should put it on your list of places to visit. We stopped at Osteria Beach Restaurant so they could enjoy some cold drinks. With a small Italian town feel, right by the beach, you'll feel right at home when you walk into the unique beach restaurant that is lined up and down Casuarina Road. It is beautiful.
